Ervin Quintin is praised as one of the best technical instructors in martial arts, personal development, leadership and defensive techniques in Virginia. With over 25 years of experience across the three categories of martial art disciplines (striking, grappling and weapons), you will not find a more diverse instructor and practicioner. Certified full instructor under Grandmaster Surachai Sirisute (Ajarn Chai), certified instructor under a leading authority Dan Inosanto in Filipino Martial Arts and Jeet Kune Do, and is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu brown belt under Carlos David Oliveira through the Roberto Traven lineage.
He is completely focused on offering training classes to beginner and advanced students as well as to professional athletes. Throughout his career events with US Grappling, IBJJF, ADCC Virginia Beach Nationals, NAGA and MMA venues like Spartyka Fight League has produced champions. Eloy Quintin is focused on the children’s program where she works as a head trainer. She is also facilitator of the PWCD (Powerful Words Character Development) system designed by Dr. Robyn Silverman. Eloy is the first student who received black belt under the superior standards established by Ervin Quintin. She is a mother of three children and her experience as a mother help her conduct classes in the best way. She has passed the Muay Thai instructorship test in 2011. Impact Martial Arts Academy is run by one of the best husband-wife teams in the country.
Eloy Quintin also trains and teaches the various arts found at Impact's student programs. Holding the World Thai Boxing rank of Kru, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Purple belt and Guro in the Filipino Martial Arts, she is one of the most experienced women in Hampton Roads Virginia.

SENIOR TRAINER AND JUNIORS PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Geno Quintin is an accomplished mixed martial artist and trainer. One of his most memorable achievements was taking and passing the World Thai Boxing Association Kru test in Oregon at the end the four day Thai Boxing camp in 2015.
With his experience as an MMA fighter, his instruction in Impact's specialized programs are found in both the adult and children classes which he delivers with great dedication. You may have met him from the Spartyka Mixed Martial Arts events at the Norfolk TED or watching his matches at US Grappling, NAGA or IBJJF tournaments. Having a martial arts instructor that is passionate and experienced inspires many different people.
Geno's accolades have a strong running list of being a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, is a Kru from the World Thai Boxing Association, a Guro in the Filipino Martial Arts and has trained extensively in Sayoc Kali and Jeet Kune Do.
